of other fireworks. There are plenty of other excellent items which
may suit your display and could be a useful second choice if the
best buys or recommended fireworks are unavailable from your supplier.

 Monkey Missiles Lots of fun with 61 missiles with the "Tigers Revenge" howl plus flares and bangs.
Thundering Space Spiders Stunning silver tails from the Poisonous Spider premier league, ending with blue blasts. Short, but very classy. Witches Cauldron Green stars to purple breaks with a spinning screech inbetween. Good value and a great use of colour. Triple H Bomb 25 triple breaks and all of them good, noise plus pace, plus rotation of coloured effects and a fantastic price. One of the original and arguably the best UKFR "Best Buy". Golden Cascade Small bore but big effects and four classy twists on the theme of gold.  Radiation Outburst Coloured stars to various effects including a classy blue to golden flowers - but check out the review of Air Force too, before you buy.
Air Force Varied delivery to willow and coloured tips. Classy, loud and good value. Message In The Wind Grating noises with crackles. Different and good value. Call From Outerspace Good value mix of snaps, crackles and pops. The Mouse Seven waves of colour, crackles, noise and more crackles. Plenty of action and good value but misses out on a Best Buy - read the full review to find out why.

Star Shells A Best Buy on value terms compared to eight shot candles, BUT these may not be to everyone's taste as they also inherit their bigger brothers pregnant pauses. Read the review and view the video before buying. Fish Effect Battery If you can find it, this £8 candle from An Ping provides raucous crowd entertainment. Titanium Thunder (8 shot) Move over Blockbuster, this does the same thing for half the price. Thanks Men Shun and goodbye Blockbuster! Coliseum Pack Kimbolton's pack of five candles offers a great selection of noise and effects. Munitions Store 7 Shot Bargain basement airbomb barrage with added screeches. Hard to find nowadays though. Illusion Virtually NO noise barrage of really pretty coloured stars. Looks nice. Ion, Lunar and Proton Cannon (8 shot) Three variations on the established Best Buy candle Titanium Thunder. Robot Attack Good value rather than overwhelming offering from Millennium if you want a cheap and easy screech/bang effect.

Optimum Various colours and effects but mostly a relentless pace that leaves you gasping. Still clocks up over a minute though, making this exceptional value. Master Of The Universe Very long duration display mixing many effects in two main phases. Good value. Tigers Revenge Originally Recommended, now upgraded to Best Buy as a result of member comments. It's short, but insane. Check out the new video clips. King Of Colour Nearly three THB's in one cake, a worthy evolution of one of the greatest cakes. See the full video before you buy and imagine that as your finale. Great Gig In The Sky Over one and a half minutes of solid, rotating effects including a coloured LOS section. Very good value compared to the high-end offerings from other brands. Power Station 3 Recommended by nine votes to two by the Jury, and regarded as having the best ending of any cat 3 cake - but beware, the rest of this SIB divided Jury opinion - read the review and watch the video BEFORE buying! Power Station 2 Punchy fan effects but be warned - the Jury are not all in agreement over the value of this one! See the review and watch the video first! Power Station 1 Rotated effects rather than a complete display but good pace and good sonics carry this to a Recommended award by the jury. Waterloo Black Cat's replacement for SIB1 will thrill some, bore others. See our review and shop around on price.

Heat Seeker Missiles Nice effect, good value rocket. See the video though as the effect is quite specific. Sky Python Stunning double effect at an amazing price, no wonder this went down so well with everyone who saw it. Check out the members video clip. Apollo Pack Five pokey rockets for just a fiver, that's a pound each. Brilliant value back garden fun. Orb (Gold to Blue effect). Sky filling, gorgeous blue effect, a real crowd pleaser from Men Shun. Restores our faith in big rockets. Atomic Pack Blue Moon's £3 pack of five screech rockets with a twist. Instead of a bang you get coloured stars and crackles. VERY nice and VERY good value for money. Space Patrol Good value mixed effects pack but check out the video clip first to see if you like these. Star Blast Pack Five rockets including a dual colour and sound effect. Good value pack. Whoppa (New) Black Cat's main "big rocket" and this year producing some nice effects. One effect stood head and shoulders above the rest, find out more and see the video clips in our members review. Ring Shell Rocket Pack Recommended pack of interesting rockets from Black Cat but you MUST read the full review. Not everyone rated this as highly. Find out why we liked it, and see the video clip, in the members review. Don't buy it without checking the video first, you may not like it! Ball Rocket Fantastic effects. Big, bold, loud and expensive, but if you want one of the biggest effects from a cat 3 rocket, here it is. Use the review to pick the best effects. Firework sourced from Jordans Fireworks.

X Bomb Crackle Bomb Fountain to big-bore mine at a ridiculously low price. Monster Ground Mine (Hell's Explosion) Kimbolton's double fountain start mine kicks butt with two great explosions and much noise. Star Bombard Three good mortar mines in one package from Cosmic. Arguably better value than the single, bigger, pre-loaded mortars. Wildfire Bargain basement fountain start mine from Black Cat and really very good - extremely cheap too. Red Snowflake See Wildfire. Three Horny Devils Fountain to triple mine sequence. Good value, high impact although short duration, see the video clip to see if you like it. Creation Mine Pack Five assorted fountain start mines from Men Shun.

Mammoth Cone Performance par for the course, a 1Kg silver cone, but great price! Giant Silver Cone Another large silver cone, another superb performance from Millennium. Slightly inferior to Shellscape's but also slightly cheaper. Excellent value. Glittering Gemstones Slightly smaller than Kimbolton's other garden fountain Aurora Borealis but every bit as staggering. Almost two minutes of magical garden fountain effects. Silver Pyramid Black Cat's conic fountain creates a surprisingly high pillar of sparks. Aurora Borealis Amazing garden fountain for a fiver, lasts ages with crackles, colour and screeches. An asset in any display. Quality gear from Kimbolton. Krakatoa A minute of good quality, powerful silver sparks. Colourful Cone Blue Moon's mostly silver colourful cone ensures bright and vigorous performance. Jewel Of The Nile Silver Pyramid with added loud crackles.

Spinning Banshee Pack of three wheels from Kimbolton. Loud screeches from them all! Golden Eye Long duration and steady rotation of effects (no pun intended!). A calm, relaxing wheel rather than an all out spinning frenzy. Pricey so you MUST check out the video clip before buying it! Wonderful Wheel Three effects repeated twice in this small but pretty wheel from Men Shun. Not overwhelming at 25m but superb value.

Blinker Long duration, freaky effect (a strobe), a fantastic show opener. Gold Selection Box It may be "just" a selection box and "just" category two, but it still impresses! Portfires Essential firework lighting equipment. Lancework - GOODNIGHT etc A best buy for LARGER budgets and big venues, a good way to say the display is over.
