We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. We have
taken time and care to ensure that our products and our ordering
process will satisfy you. This section will tell you more about
this.
PRODUCT QUALITY:
Our car stickers are printed
professionally by a printing company on self-cling film. We have
tested these extensively in various places (oo-er!) to ensure
they apply properly and remain in place. You can find extensive
further information and application help on-line before you buy
including measurements and pictures of the stickers in situ. We
can only accept returns if the car sticker has not been removed
from its backing otherwise we deem it as being used.
PAYMENT:
There is no minimum order.
We only accept payment on-line, using the PayPal system. This
is because of the high costs of processing payment by other means,
or by cheque or postal order. In this way we can keep our prices
as low as possible and pass these savings on to you. Conditions
to make payment by, or join, the PayPal system are determined
by PayPal and we have no control over this. Our only involvement
in processing your card is to refer you to PayPal to take your
payment; we do not process, store, or can access, your card details.
We do not accept payment
by credit card by post or telephone, only on-line using the Pay
Pal system.
POSTAGE AND PACKING:
We charge a simple and standard
fee of £1 on all orders to cover P&P, irrespective of
how many stickers you order.
RETURNS:
If you change your mind
or no longer want the item(s) you ordered, no worries. All we
ask is that we are not out of pocket as a result of your indecision.
We're happy to refund the cost of the items (if returned as-new
at your expense), less original P&P charges of shipping the
order to you (£1). We will not accept returns of car stickers
which have been removed from their backing, or where you have
bodged installation.
We are of course happy to
refund in full or exchange in the case of any faulty items.
DELIVERY:
We aim to deliver as quickly
as possible and if the item you have ordered is in stock, to dispatch
it within 48 hours of your confirmed payment. However, sometimes
it might take us longer, so allow up to 14 days for delivery of
your order before contacting us. If an item is out of stock, and
it is expected to take longer than 14 days to obtain and dispatch
the item, we will contact you to advise of this. All items are
dispatched by first class post. We can currently only deliver
to addresses covered by first class Royal Mail at the standard
rate (eg. the UK). If you are a non-UK customer, we may be able
to help you, but contact us before placing and paying for your
order.
DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Unless your PayPal account
address details are "confirmed" (refer to PayPal for
details), we may only deliver to the card holder's address. We
reserve the right to refuse orders in any case. In the event we
do this, we will of course refund you in full.
RECEIPTS:
When you have placed your
order on-line and made your payment, you should receive an e-mail
confirmation from PayPal. This is your card payment receipt.
Please note that as we do not process your card, we are unable
to send receipts for your payment, nor can we request duplicate
receipts etc. Please refer any queries relating to your card payment
to PayPal.
MEMBERSHIP:
You do not need to be a
paying member of this site to order our car stickers.

CARD SECURITY:
For your security, we do
not process your credit card ourselves, we employ a reputable
third party company called PayPal to do this. PayPal process your
card payments securely and you can read more information about
this on their site when you order.
When your card is processed,
your card details are NOT sent to us, neither can we access them.
We are simply sent confirmation of your payment, what you have
ordered, your details and of course the funds. We have chosen
Payal because of their reputation. As far as we are aware, it
is as secure as you can get on-line. Please note, however, that
as we do not process your card, we can accept absolutely no responsibility
for any aspect of the card processing system. We are in no way
responsible for the security of your card details.
Due to the costs involved,
we do not have the facility to process cards ourselves and are
therefore unable to take payment by telephone, fax or post.
Our PayPal status is "verified",
this means that our real world details have been confirmed with
them. We also have an established track record with Netbanx since
spring 2002 and our site has been established since 1999.
PRIVACY:
We will not share your personal details
with any other company or party except as noted in "Exceptions"
below. We do not maintain any database or records of our customers
details except as required by law (eg. for our accounting or tax
purposes). We will not use your personal information to do anything
other than in connection with your order. For example, we will
not add you to any mailing lists, ring you up and try and sell
you double glazing, or add to the pile of junk on your doormat.
Obviously, we may need to contact you regarding your order. For
example to advise of dispatch, or that an item is out of stock,
or if there is a query with your payment or delivery address.
We do not directly employ the use of cookies,
but you should note that third party software we use to process
your payment does. For example, the PayPal system. You should
refer to PayPal if you have any queries about this. We cannot
access any of these cookies ourselves.
As with all webites, we maintain a log
of all activity on this site including your IP address. No information
that is personally identifiable is shared with anyone else except
as noted in "Exceptions" below. Information we typically use is
the number of visitors to our shop and other general statistics.
EXCEPTIONS:
It is unlikely but we may be required to
divulge information by law or by duty, for example if the police
or similar ask us. Our policy becomes null and void in the event
of fraudulent activity on your part, and in such cases we reserve
the right to contact other parties eg. the police, your ISP and
so on, if we need to.
We are not responsible for any data or
personal information that you enter on any third party site including
PayPal, who process our payments. We have to stress this, because
PayPal is part of the ordering process. You should take time to
read PayPal's terms and conditions and policies etc. We do not
process, store, nor can we access, your credit card details.
