1. There is no minimum order.
2. We only accept payment on-line through PayPal. Mail order only.
3. We do not process your credit cards nor are responsible for card security as this is handled by PayPal.
4. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the delivery address is different than the card holders address particularly if your PayPal account is "unverified".
5. Claims for non-faulty returns must be made by telephone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your order. Non-faulty items being returned (not suitable or changed your mind) must be returned at your expense and risk. Refund will be given (less our original postage costs) on receipt of returned goods providing they are as new. Refunds are made through PayPal.
6. A standard charge for P&P applies to all orders. This is added to your order when you "check out".
7. VAT does not apply as we are not VAT registered, so the only additional charge is the P&P. We do not charge a handling fee for card payments. All orders over £5 are sent by Recorded Delivery.
8. Sorry, we can only supply UK customers.
9. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery unless we contact you and advise otherwise.
10. Your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.
