If you are not a member, please note that you
need to join our site
to access the member's content such as the review
video clips and forum.

If you have just joined our website and are
experiencing difficulties, please note that
usernames and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE and
that applications are processed manually (and
may take up to 24hrs to clear); our automatic
e-mails sent during your application explain
this in more detail. You might find our member's
help page useful.

any other forms than stated on our Join page,

If you have a problem with a firework or a
firework retailer, please contact the retailer
first. We are not a "Watchdog" style
website.

If you are a member, PLEASE include
your membership ID when you write to us as we
give members priority in peak season.

If you are a fireworks company wanting to advertise,
please ensure that you include your company
name, your name, and a daytime telephone contact
number in any correspondence to us.

If you are a journalist, please ensure that
you include your name, who you work for, and
a daytime contact telephone number in any correspondence
to us.

If you have any large attachments to send,
such as firework pictures or video, please let
us know first.
