Three Horny Devils
£8.00
Golden Lion
25 secs

Three Horny Devils certainly made some mischief. Guest starring the UKFR ghost (check out the apparition lit up in the greenhouse, no joke!).

Dinosaur Mine Pack
£4.00
MLE Pyrotechnics

Three mines for £4, that's just over a quid a mine. Can these move the earth? At this price? Let's just say that these are probably more powerful than whatever made the dinosaurs extinct!

100mm Multicolour & Crackling
£11.00
Shellscape

Massive 100mm effect from Shellscape that starts with the customary fountain. Ours did something completely different to what the label said, though.

80mm Mortar Mines
£13.00
Blue Moon
2 secs

Massive 80mm bore delivering all of two to three seconds of effects. Mortar mines are very hit or miss, we tested "Thunder" and "Whirlwind", one was superb (recommended), the other less so.

Three mortar mines in one tube. This is another one that will blow the cobwebs off with "extreme prejudice".

Mine Of Serpents
£5.25
Black Cat
22 secs

Totally fails to improve on Wildfire and Red Snowflake despite bigger dimensions and higher price tag. As our action photo shows, this one is a bit limp.
